These are signs of exam nerves that may be familiar to you. You do need a certain amount of nervous tension to perform to the best of your ability, but too much anxiety can block thoughts and make your mind go blank. This can make you panic and produce a poor exam performance. It's hard to panic if you are feeling relaxed. There are many ways of relaxing which you might like, a long bath, exercising, listening to music or a relaxation tape. Knowing how to relax and overcome performance anxiety is invaluable in getting good exam results. Why not get a group of your pals together (max 8) and share the cost of exam preparation and stress management through hypnosis.
