Hello Neil,
Thought i would email you and let you know how i got on! Well, what can i
say? Fant-abulously! hehehe. My presentation.... bit of a blurr and kind
of came very naturally! I hardly referred to my notes, my speach was slow
and calm... and my boss was very impressed!! He even asked if i would
manage the education day and for it to be my project! The group had forms
to review the study day and some highlighted that my part was very good!!
Go me! Felt amazing! Unfortunately you get very little praise for doing
well in my line of work but i did for the first time that day. Wonders for
my self confidence!
My driving test.... well, met my instructor after the lecture but as i was
driving around... it began to snow... and snow some more... and more....
test got cancelled!! However, DSA had rebooked me for 4 days later. I was
on nightshift all weekend and was unable to get a shift swap! BUT, i
soldiered on and went for the test following 2 hours of sleep......
AND I PASSED!!!!!!!!!! yipeee! Cannot believe it! I was calm, relaxed,
obviously a little nervous but it went totally fine! A couple of minor
faults but everything else went fantastic!!
Cannot thank you enough for help and patience! Greatly appreciated!
